More than 1 million antidrug booklets distributed by Scientologists in Cortina Olympics

A large-scale drug awareness effort in Italy has gone beyond one million educational anti-drug booklets distributed in the past month. The initiative forms part of the drug awareness programme known as “The Truth About Drugs”, which aims to provide clear information about commonly abused substances and their impact on health and society.

Approximately five hundred volunteers are participating in the outreach effort, distributing materials in public spaces, shops and community areas. The campaign focuses on raising awareness before drug use begins, providing resources designed to explain the dangers of drugs in a clear way.
